Submitting the quote form, using the instant online estimate, or getting in touch by phone, email or WhatsApp is an enquiry only — it does not create a contract between you and us, and it is not a booking or reservation of work.

• The instant online estimate gives a ballpark price range based on typical UK project costs for the service and finish level you select. It is indicative only and is not a quote.
• A fixed-price quote is only provided after we’ve reviewed your project, which may include a site visit, and is confirmed to you in writing.
• Actual building work only begins once we’ve agreed a separate written contract with you covering price, payment schedule, timescales, materials and your cancellation rights. These website terms do not replace that contract.

4. Accuracy of information you give us

Quotes and estimates depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information, photos and plans you provide. Costs may change if the scope of work, site conditions, or your requirements differ from what was described at enquiry stage.

5. Finance

Renovation Resolution is a construction company, not a lender or credit broker. Any finance options referenced on this site are provided through independent third-party lenders, subject to their own eligibility criteria, application process and terms. We do not guarantee approval or any specific rate or repayment terms.

Project photos, timelines and price ranges shown on this site (including in our portfolio and instant estimate tool) are illustrative of past work and typical projects. Individual results, timescales and costs vary by property and scope. We try to keep information on this site accurate and up to date but don’t guarantee it is free of errors at all times.

Unless stated otherwise, the text, images, logos and design of this website belong to Renovation Resolution or our licensors.
